KAYO TT190

The driving force behind the TT190 is the well-proven Zhongshen 190cc, an engine that has dominated pit bike racing all over the world for many years. This race-focused powertrain, paired with Kayo’s highly capable chassis, creates a well-engineered machine designed to dominate the competition and guarantee the hole-shot when tearing up the dirt with your mates.

To put the power down, the TT190 comes with some gnarly Kenda-inspired MX-pattern tyres. The soundtrack is provided by the race-engineered, lightweight stainless steel Kayo exhaust, and to keep that monster engine breathing cleanly, the TT190 features a fully enclosed airbox. The huge rear suspension travel is class-leading on this bike—all in all, nothing comes close to this entry-level fire-breathing monster.

Kayo stands as the world’s largest pit bike manufacturer, outproducing Honda with cutting-edge robotic welding lines that keep up with massive global demand.

The TT190 takes advantage of the gigantic leaps Kayo has made in the industry over the past 20 years—precision welding, the best available component suppliers, insane attention to detail, and robustness to match the Japanese manufacturers.

Nothing else on the market is this meticulously designed—and that’s before you even take in the striking plastics and graphics that set the TT190 apart as something truly special.
